The sole purpose of our site is to sell our lovely little gift boxes and that is the only reason for us collecting data from and about you, or the friends you may be sending gifts to.

We are committed to not using data in a way that might be seen as intrusive, or a nuisance and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). And just in case you’re not an avid follower of data protection law that means:

• We will not pass your details, or those of your friend to any third party without requesting your permission in advance
• We will always give you and your friend the chance to refuse any further marketing emails from us in every communication (other than order confirmation, which we need to send for obvious reasons)
• We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent
• The information we hold will be accurate and up to date
• You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.
• The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

For clarity, the type of information we will collect about you includes:

• your name
• address
• phone number which may be passed to the carrier for delivery
• email address

We may use things like cookies to track patterns of behaviour on the site and recognise return shoppers but this information will never be passed to any third party and you can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening if you prefer.
